Travelling by road
For ease we will describe the directions to the site from the M6 or M42, as this will help you to avoid the city. If you wish to be
adventurous, we are located just outside of the city on the west side between Tile Hill and Berkswell.
M6 North or South
Come off at Junction 4; Take the A446 to Kenilworth and becomes the A452. Follow this road for approx. 10km (6 miles) till you arrive
at Balsall Common. (** See directions below)
M42 North or South
Take Junction 6 and follow the A45 to Coventry, come off at the first turn. Follow the A452 to Kenilworth for
about 7km (4.2 miles) till you arrive at Balsall Common. (** See directions below)
Keep following the A452 to Kenilworth; go across four roundabouts of various sizes. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left onto the B4101 signposted Coventry. Follow the B4101 for about 2.5 km (1.5 miles) past Nailcote Hall, you will then come to a junction turn left, after 300 metres at the roundabout turn right into Tanners Lane. After about 400 metres, on the left is Benton Green Lane, carry on AND the entrance is after this on the left, evidenced by two white signs indicating “Rough Close”. Please drive slowly and carefully along the private drive and be aware of children and animals. There is a deep ditch on the right hand side of the drive as you enter the site.
